the redesign of the house by balzar arquitectos has established a new layout for the ground floor, defining a continuous space. the kitchen and the living room are separated only by furniture objects positioned in the centre of the space, together with a double-sided fireplace. leading to the upper floor of the residence, the distinct circular staircase provides structure to the open environment. the materials selected for this project aim to create a clean, serene atmosphere that allows individual elements to stand out, presented as works of art.
